Corporate responsibility indices

To monitor our progress and improve our corporate responsibility performance, we use stakeholder feedback provided through customer and employee surveys, as well as measures such as the FTSE4Good Index Series and the Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes (DJSI).

Zurich has been a constituent of the FTSE4Good Index Series since its inception. In 2012, Zurich again qualified for inclusion in the DJSI. Zurich remains committed to continually validating all elements of its strategy against the aim of being a responsible company.

Stakeholder relationships and dialogue are important to Zurich, as the feedback gained through such measures helps Zurich to monitor progress and take lessons learned into account in the development of group activities. We will continue to integrate pertinent issues and related stakeholder expectations into Zurich’s core business to further improve our performance.
