Ann Haugh - Chief Operating Officer, Global Corporate

Ann Haugh is Chief Operating Officer for Zurich Global Corporate, where she oversees the execution of the division's strategic goals focusing on operating models, project portfolio management, International Program Business Operations, Information Technology, compliance, risk management and communications.

Haugh returned to Zurich in 2007 after spending several years as Chief Underwriting Officer and Chief Operating Officer for the Executive Assurance Division of Arch Insurance Company.  She served from 2007 – 2008 as COO of Global Corporate in North America, where she successfully managed the strategic direction of GCiNA's operational transformation efforts, drove GCiNA's expense management efforts and launched GCiNA's Internal Customer Services Council.  From 1996 – 2002, she served Zurich in several underwriting and management roles involving directors and officers liability, fiduciary liability, employment practices liability and fidelity coverages.  Prior to her first role at Zurich, Haugh worked for Great American Insurance Company, as a graduate of their underwriting training program and in various other capacities including marketing and underwriting.

She holds a bachelors degree in Communication Studies and Journalism from Northwestern University.  She is a member of PLUS and holds her RPLU designation.
