The Zurich HelpPoint experience starts with online guides and tools to help you select the appropriate type of cover. When you are ready to go the next step, we’ll help you locate an agent or broker to give you expert assistance.  Zurich provides on-line access to policy information and assistance with how to make a claim. We even offer a handy ‘glove box pack’ full of useful assistance and information.

At Zurich we aim to provide the highest quality coverage.  That’s why in many markets we are ready to offer a guarantee on all accident repairs done by our expert, regularly-monitored repair network.  We offer superior personal effects coverage and competitive variable deductible rates.  You can customize your coverage by choosing add-ons such as optional protected bonus and optional breakdown assistance. 

FAST and convenient service

We are here for you 24/7 whether you have an accident or your car is stolen. We‘ll recover you and your car if it becomes immobile in an accident.  We will do our best to quickly assess damage and start on repairs. We‘ll collect and return your car if you use our repair network, and we’ll give you a courtesy car while your car is being repaired.  To make things easy, we will pay all claims handled by our repair network directly – no need for you to pay and reclaim.

FAIR in the way we operate

Our Zurich HelpPoint charter underpins our commitment to give you the best service.  If your car is damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new car within the first 12 months from registration – subject to certain conditions.  You also have the choice of repair service or a cash settlement.  For repairs, we only use original manufacturer parts (detail any circumstances).  Additional benefits include enhanced bonus for family members and discounts if you buy multiple products.

EASY to deal with

At Zurich HelpPoint ease of doing business is a top priority.  You can contact us in person, by phone, web call back, email, fax or letter.  You can also choose to pay us through a single payment or in installments, subject to eligibility.  If you make a claim we will keep you updated on progress and answer any questions. We cultivate straight-talk and direct and clear communications at all times.
