Where needed, we can provide a global claims executive to oversee everything. We can offer tailored claims service through agreed claims protocols, so the customer knows what to do when a claim happens. Our US customers can keep updated on Risk Intelligence by checking claims reports online, and this is coming soon in Europe.

We provide tailored insurance solutions in more than 170 countries. Zurich Multinational Insurance Proposition (MIP) provides global insurance coverage, aligned with local regulations. We have a unique delivery system – IPS – that has “Operating Directives” to ensure that there are set standards of delivery for program business in terms of issuance of policies, etc. We have the ability to provide exact information of when the customer can expect delivery or why something is delayed. We produce regular Metrics Reports which assess the efficacy of our delivery system.
