Senior Analyst of Human Resources & Communications, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Why Zurich?
“When I started at Zurich, my idea was to work to pay my post-graduate studies in Marketing. I have been working for the company for 10 years and I’m still choosing Zurich! Because it gives me opportunities, because of the corporate values and the people and because I believe in the project I’m working on”.

Why I'm still here?
“Because I feel like I’m Zurich. It’s like my second home. I found a place where you can learn, you can progress your skills, and where you can have opportunities. When I had my baby I was worried because I thought that I was not going to be able to work and being a mother at the same time. And Zurich has demonstrated to me that balance exists and that I can perform both, professionally and personally”.
Bottom line
“If I were interviewing you I’d look for someone who could represent the corporate values”.
