Significant projects: organised an Executive Training course at Tsinghua University, as an initiative for the Zurich Academy; project manager for the review of the existing Direct Sales Force recruitment and retention strategies of the company, focusing on enhancing recruitment proposition, improving the company's quality control and performance of recruitment and development.
Why I'm still here?
"I am interested in new challenges and keen on traveling to gain more experience in the management area. Zurich gives me the chance to explore different aspects of projects either in Greater China or in Hong Kong. Moreover, market penetration in insurance is still relatively low in Hong Kong and even lower in China, which means there is a lot of potential and opportunity for Zurich".
Bottom line
"If I were interviewing you I'd look for someone who is innovative and willing to accept challenges".
