• Born in South Africa; speaks English; enjoys sport and movies.
• Graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in 2002.
• Previously employed by Regent Insurance Company.
• Since joining Zurich in 2004: promoted to Claims Team Leader and striving towards a managerial position; participated in the Global Associate Program.
• Significant projects: contributed to the system functionalities required by the claims staff on Project Fish Eagle, the driving force towards our current paperless work system; working on the E Procurement project, an e-voucha system for claims settlement which has yet to be rolled out.
