• Born in Hong Kong; speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese; enjoys sports and travelling.
• Graduated with a first class honours Bachelors degree in Earth Sciences from The University of Hong Kong; completed one year undergraduate exchange study program in Alberta, Canada in 2004-2005.
• Since joining Zurich in 2006: started career at Zurich by participating in the Global Associate Program in the underwriting stream; worked as an underwriting specialist in Corporate and Commercial SBU to produce international insurance programs for global corporate clients after completing the 44 weeks intensive training locally and internationally.
• Significant projects: participated in the Catastrophe Risk Management Project (Volcanic Risk) for APAC countries; also working as a member of the Singapore Branch Project Team and the Cross-selling Initiative Project team for International Business.
