• Born in Rancagua, Chile; speaks Spanish and English; enjoys reading, being with family and kids.
• Graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica in 1997 as Commercial Engineer and Bachelor in Business Administration and Economics; continued studies in 1998 and gained a Commercial Engineer, Diploma in marketing and Masters in Strategic Communication in 2004; starting an MBA in Universidad de Chile and Tulane University (in association); Marketing professor at Universidad del Pacífico since 1998.
• Since joining Zurich in 2004: worked first as a Marketing assistant for Life Business; now the Life General Manager Assistant, at the same time keeping the marketing responsibilities.
• Significant projects: leading the development, implementation and monitoring of internal communications strategies, plans, “my projects at Zurich keep growing”.
