Graduated from University of Co-operative Education of Mannheim with Bachelor of Arts including practical training within the Zurich Group Germany.

Since joining Zurich in 2002: has been an employee in Communications (Germany and UK), CEO Office Business Unit Germany, Strategic Assistant to the CEO Zurich Germany and to CEO Direct and Partnership Europe, now heading the CEO Office of General Insurance Europe.

Significant projects: Channel Conflict Management; support in the establishment of the Direct and Partnership Unit; new product development, e.g. young driver proposition, new channel development, new country/territory expansion.
