What is your background?
- I've held a number of HR roles since leaving college that have had a strong focus on personnel and training in the European travel industry.
- I joined Zurich in 1994 when I moved to the Isle of Man as a Recruitment Consultant and am now HR Operations Manager.
- I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and am currently studying for my fellowship.
- I enjoy people management and coaching.
Why did you choose Zurich?
