What is your background?
- I graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing
- I have 19 years of experience in the insurance industry and have worked as Major Case Unit Supervisor for Claims, Claims Manager, Vice President of Managed Care and Senior Vice President of Claims Services at Zurich.
- I am currently the Head of TZW Claims and responsible for Claims Quality Assurance and The Zurich Way of Claims for General Insurance worldwide.
