What is your background?
- I was born in India, speak five languages and have a passion for knowing various cultures.
- I completed my MS degree at one of the elite schools in India, the Indian Institute of Technology.
- After my schooling, I consulted at the largest IT firm in India before working in South America and later in Germany in the banking industry.
- I came to the USA in 1997 and worked as a consultant for Farmers. I joined Zurich/Farmers in 2004 as the CTO (Chief Architect), where I supported Farmers Insurance and Zurich International Business Units for a couple of years.
- I'm currently VP of IT at Farmers/Zurich as well as Chief Architect for Farmers.

This is the best place to work. I have lot of passion for what I do here, and the opportunities in the company are great. …I'd look for someone who is motivated and wants to give his or her best to the company. I'd look for how passionate you are. Also, I would look for people who are willing to go that extra mile.
