What is your background?
- I was born in Dielsdorf, Switzerland. I speak German, English and Portuguese.
- I graduated as a Business Information Specialist and also hold a Masters of Business Process Engineering.
- I have 12 years experience in Project Management, Process Engineering and Reorganisational Projects.
- Since joining Zurich in the eBusiness department in Switzerland and working in various departments as a project manager, I've moved to Santiago, Chile, where I am the Regional Head of IT Latin America.
