The Global Associate Program is for those with the drive to become senior technical experts and leaders with Zurich. Each year we select about 80 top talents from around the world through a rigorous recruiting process. You will need to be prepared to take on the challenge of excelling in a global company and you must be willing to take on assignments outside your home country during the program.
