Zurich Financial Services announces changes in Investor Relations team

Zurich, July 1, 2004 - Zurich Financial Services (Zurich) announces that Malcolm Gilbert has been appointed to assume responsibility for Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis.

In addition to her current responsibility for rating agencies, Seraina Maag-Gubler will now also assume responsibility for Investor Relations.

Reinhard Stary will move from his current role in Investor Relations to the newly created position of Chief Operations Officer of the International Business segment.

These changes take place effective immediately.
