Yvonne Lang Ketterer appointed CEO of Zurich Life Switzerland

Zurich, June 17, 2008 – Zurich Financial Services Group (Zurich) has appointed Yvonne Lang Ketterer as CEO of Zurich Life Switzerland with immediate effect. Yvonne Lang Ketterer has been working for Zurich since 1991.

In her new position, Yvonne Lang Ketterer will lead the life insurance business within Switzerland, and continue as a member of the Executive Management Board of Zurich Switzerland.  Furthermore, she will become a member of the Global Life Executive Committee of Zurich.

Yvonne Lang Ketterer graduated from the University of Zurich, with a Master of Arts in Economics.  Since coming to Zurich, she has held various managerial positions within Internal Consulting, Sales and Marketing, and acquired a broad knowledge in the life insurance business. For more than four years, she has been Head of Sales within the Eastern and Middle Regions of Switzerland. In her last position she was Head of Direct & Distribution Partners. In this function she was accountable for Zurich Connect, within Switzerland, and responsible for Zurich Switzerland’s distribution partners.
