Zurich, March 29, 2001. - Dr Franz Humer, Director of Zurich Financial Services, has informed the Company of his attention to resign from the Board with effect of Thursday 17 May 2001 following the Company's Annual General Meeting, to enable him to focus on his role at Roche.
