We are committed to the continuous improvement of our business relationships and when we embark on a relationship with customers we monitor our performance through a series of service metrics. We will be able to provide you with all the information you may need to highlight our overall account performance.

We have also developed and implemented a customer feedback process which helps us review the quality of our relationships, to help understand where our strengths are and also which areas require development and improvement. We welcome feedback on all areas of our relationship and our Broker Relationship Management team will work with you to continually review and improve our trading relationships and customer programmes.
