General questions

When I phone my existing bank, I have to listen and select answer machine options before being put through to an operator in a call centre. I want to be able to speak directly to the person who looks after my account and not have to listen to an answering machine. What does Zurich Bank International offer?

We‘ll answer your call directly, this means you won't have to wait in a queue or speak to a machine, but to a helpful, knowledgeable member of the team. Our Relationship Banking Team can assist with all your banking needs, and will be delighted to hear from you.

I have heard that offshore jurisdictions are risky places for my money. Is this true?

No, this isn’t true. The Isle of Man is highly regulated and all financial institutions on the island have to be licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission before they can conduct any financial business. Zurich Bank International has this licence.
