Paying your Management Service Charges

Do you dread getting your apartment’s service charge bills because you have to pay them all in one go?  Would being able to pay each month take a weight off your mind and make your budgeting easier?

At Zurich Bank we’ve made it simpler for you to pay your service charge by breaking it into more manageable monthly amounts.

For example, if your March and September bills were £500 each, you’d pay us £86.84 a month for a year, making a total of £1042.08 – an APR of 18.9%*.  In exchange we pay
your service charge to your managing agent and there’s  nothing more for you to do.

Please note that taking advantage of this offer does not change the terms of your lease.

*What is APR? The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) shows the overall cost of the credit for comparison purposes, expressed as an annual rate of charge. It’s a valuable tool that allows you to compare how much different offers of credit will cost before you decide whether to enter into an agreement. The APR calculation includes the interest payable on the credit, various charges (such as an arrangement fee) and any other costs associated with obtaining the credit.
