The Zurich Property Deposit Guarantee gives you time to get your finances ready. It's simply a financial guarantee, a totally secure promise that Zurich Bank make to a developer on your behalf. The Guarantee allows you to delay paying the deposit until the build is complete. This has some real benefits for you but you also need to keep in mind that you'll still need to pay the full cost for the property, including the deposit amount, when you complete the purchase.
