Supporting young talents and the Olympic dream

We have been a sponsor and the exclusive insurance partner of the German Olympic Team since 2000. We’re proud of the fact that we have renewed our sponsorship agreement, extending our support through to the next summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

Encouraging young talents and driving high-performance sports are two areas of focus in our sports sponsorship. With the German Olympic Team, we are able to do both. We have been sponsoring the team for both the Summer and Winter Olympics for 14 years now.

Protecting the things they love

Our support of the German team includes insurance coverage that allows the athletes to concentrate on their performance at the Olympics without any worries. Insurance provided by Zurich to the German athletes is in force just prior to and during the competition, covering accidents, personal liability, legal protection, technical equipment and transportation.
