Passion for Winning

Who has the greater passion for winning – Jason Day, Lexi Thompson or Billy Horschel?

Jason’s impressive rise to golf’s elite was solidified in the 2015 season and carried over to 2016. He now has 10 total PGA TOUR victories and is currently ranked 12th in the world. Jason showed resiliency throughout the 2017 season, in which he played through personal family hardships and ended the season with 12 top-25 finishes including a runner-up finish at the AT&T Byron Nelson. Jason captured an impressive five PGA TOUR victories in 2015, including his first Major at the PGA Championship and a win at the Farmers Insurance Open. Following his victory at the 2015 BMW Championship, Day rose to world number one for the first time in his career.

Jason is from Queensland, Australia and turned pro in 2006. In May 2010, he became the youngest Australian to win a PGA TOUR event, winning the HP Byron Nelson Championship.

Jason’s Brighter Days Foundation provides funding and resources to deserving projects and organizations whose mission match Jason and Ellie Day's desire to help families in need and animal causes.

Jason has been a member of the Zurich Golf Ambassadors family since 2015 and represents Zurich on his golf bag each week during competition since 2017.
