Employee Resource Group - Pride@Zurich
Pride@Zurich is the name of Zurich’s global alliance of LGBT+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans) employee networks.
The group is made up of LGBT+ people and allies from across the organization. They are employed at different levels, and all want to build a workplace culture where everyone feels able to be themselves.
There are currently LGBT+ networks in many Zurich operations including Austria, Brazil, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Switzerland, USA and UK.
Pride@Zurich provides a safe environment for employees to discuss LGBT+ topics, to connect with other LGBT+ members and allies, to share inspirational ideas, and to foster LGBT+ awareness in the communities in which we work and live.
Pride@Zurich has two Executive Sponsors: Claudia Dill (CEO, LatAm) and Urban Angehrn (Group Chief Investment Officer). Pride@Zurich’s leadership team is made up of the Pride@Zurich Country Chairs as well as several straight allies, and launched a global ally program in 2019.
