Organizational rules
The organizational rules constitute the Group's primary governance guidelines. They define the functions, responsibilities and authorities of the corporate bodies of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd and implement and supplement legal and regulatory requirements and requirements pursuant to the articles of association.
The document consists of the organizational rules and an annex containing the charter for the committees of the board of directors of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd.
