Our Hiring Process

Search and apply​

To start looking for a specific job, go to the ‘search and apply’ section. Our search allows you to use filters to look for jobs in more than one job field/business area, or location.

Once you find the right job, click 'apply.' Most postings use quick-apply, requiring fewer than 5 minutes to complete.

Please note, if this is the first time you’ve applied, you’ll need to create a new user profile and accept the data privacy notice.

Top tip. Before you apply, make sure you do your research. Discover as much as you can about Zurich, the job and our company.

Application review​

Once we’ve received your application, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail.
You can view, update and keep track of your application status at any time via your user profile.

Selection process

If you are selected to progress forward, we will reach out to arrange next steps, which could include a phone or video interview, or possibly an assessment.
If you are not selected to move forward in the process, you will receive a notification via email.

There are several ways to make a strong impression at your interview beyond being punctual and dressing appropriately: First, make sure you know what interests you most about Zurich and understand the requirements of the role. Secondly, be prepared to reflect on your past performance. We could ask questions about anything from your preferred style of management to the valuable lessons you’ve learned in any previous jobs and how you’ve applied them. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about your role and to find out more about us and our culture.

Offer ​

If you are a successful candidate for a Zurich position, we will inform you and extend an offer of employment.
We may require some additional information at this stage. Your talent acquisition consultant will work with you to ensure we have everything in order.

Preparing for your start ​

Our Zurich team will work with you leading up to your start date with us to ensure all pre-day one paperwork and documents are in order, including any background screenings that must be completed.

Your new career at Zurich will kick off with a job-specific onboarding process and welcome experience. We will ensure that you feel supported and part of the team from day one.
