At the October Voices of Tomorrow Dubai event, we hosted a series of dynamic panel discussions featuring industry leaders from prominent organizations such as Qatar Airways, Aramex, Hilton, Standard Chartered, and Deloitte. The central theme was the rise of voluntary employee savings schemes and their pivotal role in enhancing financial stability and investment management within the workforce.

Additionally, we launched the much anticipated fourth edition of the Future of Work 2024 report, revealing three game-changing pillars: personalization, empowerment, and well-being. These principles are essential for attracting and retaining top-tier talent in today’s fast-paced environment. The report is available here.

We concluded with an engaging student debate on the complex landscape of artificial intelligence, exploring its revolutionary potential and ethical concerns associated with job displacement. This reinforced the need for organizations to be strategically adaptable and attuned to employee feedback, ensuring that benefit offerings effectively bridge existing gaps and meet evolving demands.

On October 9th in Frankfurt, we hosted a one-day event as part of the Zurich Integrated Benefits ‘Voices of Tomorrow’ series, coinciding with the celebration of 10 Years of TEAM®. The event brought together experts in Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Risk Management to collaborate on solutions that embody 'Benefits that Speak to People.' Discussions focused on how Employee Benefits can help companies achieve their ESG goals. One of the highlights was a workshop titled "Focusing on People - Understanding Behaviour, Shaping Communication," led by Affective Advisory, a consulting company renowned for its expertise in human behaviour and effective communication strategies. The event was a memorable occasion, blending insightful dialogue with a milestone celebration in a stunning setting.

On September 17th in Paris, we hosted an inspiring one-day event as part of the Zurich Integrated Benefits ‘Voices of Tomorrow’ World Tour. This event offered fresh perspectives from a diverse array of stakeholders, including employers, Gen Z representatives, start-ups, and experts in innovation and sustainability. With a central theme of ‘Empowering Diversity Through Benefits,’ the event looked into cutting-edge, human-centric solutions poised to shape the future. The event was a must-attend for professionals in Employee Benefits, Human Resources, and Risk Management. It provided a unique platform for exchanging best practices, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation—ensuring all participants were better prepared to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

On June 25th in Chicago, we held an event focusing on the best practices and emerging trends in Captives. This dynamic gathering brought together industry leaders, professionals, and experts in Risk Management, Human Resources, and Captive Solutions to explore developments in the field. With a strong emphasis on human and emerging risks, Captive solutions, claims navigation, and future strategies, the event provided valuable insights and opportunities for meaningful connections. Attendees participated in insightful discussions and gained valuable perspectives, offering a comprehensive outlook on the industry's current state. The event provided a platform to share best practices and promote collaboration, ensuring that participants are equipped to navigate the evolving landscape of Captives

In September 2023 we came together with our customers and partners at the first Integrated Benefits Conference to “Reimagine the future of Employee Benefits”.  Attendees included Human Resource Managers, Employee Benefits specialists, Risk Managers, Providers and Benefits Consultants, as well as a broad range of external stakeholders, including futurists, think tanks, start-ups, activists and employees themselves.

Over two dynamic days, our focus was on expanding our perspective, igniting optimism and empowering ourselves to shape the future positively. We explored the shifting dynamics of employment and workforce needs, considered the growing significance of DE&I, the transformative power of technology and data as well as the profound impact of ESG factors. We also looked at today’s fluid global risk landscape and its impact on benefits and global financing solutions.
