Zurich’s Annual Report 2015 and information about the AGM 2016 available now

Zurich Insurance Group (Zurich) announced today that its Annual Report 2015 and Annual Review 2015 are now available

The Annual Report contains detailed information about Zurich's financial performance, strategy, structure, executive bodies, risk management, corporate governance and remuneration in 2015. It is available in English and German, with the financial statements in English only.

The Annual Review, a shorter summary document, provides an overview of Zurich's business and strategy, and of its financial and operating performance in 2015. It is also available in English and German.

In addition, the invitation to the Annual General Meeting 2016 of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd and the Board of Directors Report on the approval of the remuneration of the Board of Directors and of the Group Executive Committee can be found here.

As announced on December 18, 2015, the Board of Directors will propose to elect Jeffrey L. Hayman and David Nish to the Board of Directors for a term of office of one year each to the Annual General Meeting on March 30, 2016. Rafael del Pino, Don Nicolaisen and Thomas K. Escher will not stand for re-election.

All the other board members will stand for re-election for another one year term. Subject to the re-election and election of the members of the board by the shareholders, the Board of Directors of Zurich will consist of the following members:
