We are proud to announce that Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001 certification, affirming our strong commitment to safeguarding customer data, managing information, ensuring robust controls, and providing reliable, secure solutions.

This internationally recognized standard covers our Information Security Management System (ISMS), which includes the ZGEBS application, its underlying infrastructure, and supporting tools. ISO/IEC 27001 promotes a holistic approach to information security: addressing people, policies and technology. This standard helps organizations manage risk, strengthen cyber-resilience, and drive operational excellence.

This achievement was prompted by a customer request, demonstrating ZGEBS’ dedication to putting customers first and responding quickly to their needs.

In the Commercial Risk Spotlight on Captives Report - Dealing with an uncertain global risk landscape, experts from Zurich, along with risk managers, consultants, captive owners, brokers and others, discuss the creative ways captives are being used to address varied risks and opportunities including employee benefits, climate change, cyber risk, microinsurance, and more.

Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) has achieved a significant milestone in its digital transformation journey by introducing enhanced digital reports, online customer collaboration platforms, and automated data transfer.

  • The ZGEBS team had an engaging and insightful learning session with our network partner, AIA Thailand, delving into the dynamics of Thailand’s group insurance market and how AIA Thailand is innovating to address clients’ evolving needs.

During the session, Tina Hemsthapat and Pallapa Numbenchapol highlighted their holistic approach to employee wellbeing, including services such as onboarding education, telemedicine, digital claims, differentiated managed care model, and a robust HR portal.

If your company operates in Thailand, we’d be happy to explore how Zurich Integrated Benefits can help you align your employee benefit programs with local innovation and market-leading solutions.

A heartfelt thank you to Tina, Pallapa, Grace, and Keigo from AIA for a lively and collaborative session! 👏

  • What if accessing cutting-edge cancer treatment abroad wasn’t just a privilege, but a benefit?

That was the question we explored in our recent Zurich Global Employee Benefits Solutions (ZGEBS) learning session, where the Zurich International and Further Group teams took us through Critical Care — an innovative new rider benefit that gives employees diagnosed with serious illnesses access to global medical experts, precision medicine, and world-class treatment options.

Available through Zurich International’s group risk policies for internationally mobile employees and select domestic groups, Critical Care offers:
    🔹 A second medical opinion
🔹 Personalised genomic testing and treatment planning
🔹 Access to clinical trials and treatment abroad — with full support every step of the way

Thank you to Rose O'Donovan, Andrew Wood and Gary Piper for such an insightful session, and to everyone who joined!
