Zurich shareholders approve all Board proposals at Annual General Meeting 2026

The shareholders of Zurich Insurance Group Ltd (Zurich) confirmed Michel M. Liès as Chairman of the Board of Directors (Board) at today’s Annual General Meeting. They also elected Mary Forrest as a new Board member, and confirmed all current Board members who stood for re-election. The Board appointed Jasmin Staiblin as its Vice-Chair, succeeding Christoph Franz, who did not stand for re-election as he reached the maximum tenure of 12 years, and it appointed Sabine Keller-Busse as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

Shareholders further approved a dividend of CHF 30 gross per share, which will be paid as from April 14, 2026. All other Board proposals were also approved. The detailed voting results will be published today on www.zurich.com/agm.
